2	WinZip 9.0 SR-1 What Is WinZip? WinZip is software that allows you to create files called "archives", which can be compressed to save space as well as encrypted. Zip files can contain one or more files. The Zip files can be encrypted and password protected. The process makes it easy to group files for transporting and copying.
3	Start by launching Windows Explorer ‘Windows Key’ + E
4	Right-click on file to be zipped and encrypted
5	Select WinZip from the drop-down menu. Highlight and click on WinZip from the drop-down menu. Click on Add to WinZip file.

9	Extracting (Unzipping) Files Open the Outlook message that contains a WinZip file attachment.

11	Save the Zip file When the ‘Save Attachment’ window appears, navigate to a location on the network Then click the Save button.
12	Launch ‘Windows Explorer’ ‘Windows Key’ + E
13	Double-click on the Zip file.
14	Double-click on the Zip file Click on the Extract button.
15	Extract to: Enter the location to save the extracted file. Check the box next to “Open Explorer window”. Click the Extract button.
